By purchasing or using services from Be Listed on AI (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide a one-time AI visibility setup. This includes an audit, content and schema optimizations, business profile updates, directory listings and a before and after report. Delivery is within 14 days of payment.

Our guarantee

If your before and after report shows no measurable improvement in AI visibility, we continue working at no additional cost until it does. This guarantee applies to the specific questions and assistants documented in your initial audit.

Ownership

All content, structured data and assets we create are yours. You retain full ownership of your website, business profiles and any materials delivered as part of the service.

Limitations

AI assistants operate independently and we do not control their algorithms, data sources or update schedules. We cannot guarantee specific rankings or placements. We guarantee the delivery and quality of our work and the no-improvement refund policy above.
